Beauty on Latrobe offers all the brands we stock in salon, online. You can purchase Unescape, Louvelle, Ormedic Lip Complex, Bestow Beauty & Jane Iredale – The Skincare Makeup Minerals directly from us through our online store.
Beauty on Latrobe’s online store is affiliated with Ultraceuticals which has a strict no outside online sales policy and as such we are unable to sell you these products directly through our online store or offer combined shipping on these brands.
If you have questions about shopping online with either of these parties or combined shipping please contact us, we’d love to hear from you & help wherever we can.

Beauty on Latrobe competitively prices our products at the recommended retail price. Prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. We are proudly legitimate partners of the brands we stock. This means you can shop with confidence that the products you purchase are genuine, of high quality and backed by great after sale customer service. Shipping & Handling
Beauty on Latrobe ships using standard Australia Post Shipping for a complimentary flat rate, express shipping is $10. We ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Delivery times vary between 1 to 15 days. Please note this is business days and does not include weekends or Public Holidays. At this stage there is no tracking for you delivery. Please ensure that all your contact details are correct before placing your order. Once sent we have mo way of tracking or finding your item if you make a mistake. We are unable to provide Express Post & Tracking upon request, at this time, but welcome your feedback. If you’d like to let us know that you’re interested in Express Post & Tracking for future orders please contact us to let us know.
Think your parcels gone missing?
The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is posted, not from the date of order. Please check the following if your parcel hasn’t arrived.
• Check at your local post office or mail centre in case they’re holding it safely for you (sometimes the postie forgets to leave a card.)
• If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and with the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel.
• Check your order to ensure the address you used was correct.
• Check PayPal too as sometimes a variance on your PayPal account can be the culprit.
• If you’ve tried all these and still no goodies then please contact us & we’ll do our best to locate it for you or point you in the right direction of finding it.
Out of Stock Delays
We will always post your order in a timely fashion however as we are also a working brick and mortar store sometimes items sell out instore, especially during peak times.. We do everything we can to prevent these situations from occurring but sometimes they are unforseeable. In placing your order online you accept that this may occur from time to time. If your item is out of stock (or discontinued without notice to us) and a delay is expected we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a replacement or refund. Please ensure your contact details are correct upon ordering. The wait time for out of stock items is approx 7-14 days maximum. We are happy to offer you a refund, credit or replacement for your out of stock item if you don’t want to wait. Please contact us to let us for any questions.

Jane Iredale Pressed Minerals and Shipping
Jane Iredale use pressed minerals in their pressed powder foundations, blushes, quad bronzers, eyeshadows, brow powders, Steppes etc. Jane Iredale do not use artificial or synthetic ingredients to bind and press their powders. This is one of the many reasons we love them! This however also makes them very delicate in nature. If you drop your pressed minerals they WILL shatter? By purchasing from Beauty on Latrobe (online or in salon) store you assume all risk involved in receiving delicate items via the post or in person. Our staff carefully open (if not sealed), check, photograph if needed & bubble wrap each delicate item before it ships to ensure its not broken prior to shipping and to minimize damage as much as foreseeably possible in transit. We take no responsibility for damage in transit. We do not accept returns if you drop your minerals and they shatter. If you have any questions about transporting your minerals please contact us.
Sometimes we change our minds, and that’s fine. If you’d like to return a product firstly contact us or call (07)32175886 and request a returns form. Then send your products back in resaleable condition (unopened and unused) within 30 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or salon credit (postage not included). Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely and we are able to complete a return for you.
To return an item you please print and complete a returns form. Please contact us to request one. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form. No returns on sale items or except as required by law.
Refunds, credits and returns will only be processed and dispatched once the originally purchased goods have been received in salon along with a Returns Form and /or Allergic Reaction Form.

What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we’re happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or salon credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
In some cases we can also accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us and ask to speak with one of our professional Senior Skin Therapists, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary. An Allergic Reaction Form must be returned with your goods. Please contact us for a copy.

Orders can only be placed with Beauty on Latrobe by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Beauty on Latrobe is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Beauty on Latrobe may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
